Mom's Matzah Ball Soup
Boil one chicken
remove when done and de-bone
add to the broth 2 diced onions
and 2 large sliced carrots
when carrots are done add chicken to broth
(sorry I don't make my own matzah balls but these are delicious)
follow directions on matzah ball mix and drop into soup (use both packets in the box)
add 3 to 4 sprigs of chopped fresh dill
salt to taste

Honesty I have no memory of this, but that look to me seems to be the "That's MY Daddy!" look :)
